Cookie and privacy policy
Welcome to our website
When you visit Realia's website, some information about you will usually be collected that we can use to improve content.
For example, it is interesting for us to follow which pages on the website get the most traffic because it tells us something about which topics potential customers are most interested in. Below we explain a little more about what information is collected and what it is used for. It can get a bit technical, but the general idea is that we're trying to get a sense of what you like on our website so that we can better target content and adverts to those who are actually interested in what we do. If you do not want information to be collected, you should delete your cookies (see instructions) and refrain from further use of our website.
About cookies
About cookies
Our website uses so-called "cookies", which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile or similar for the purpose of recognising it, remembering settings, performing statistics and possibly targeting ads. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as viruses.
It is possible to delete or block cookies. See instructions here: http://minecookies.org/cookiehandtering
If you delete or block cookies, adverts may become less relevant to you and appear more frequently. You may also risk that the website does not function optimally and that there is content that you cannot access.
The website contains cookies from third parties, which to varying degrees may include Google Analytics, Youtube and the like. Please also see this list: Frequent third parties in digital advertising
About personal data
In general
Personal data is any kind of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another.
When you use my website, we (or some of the organisations we use for this purpose, such as Google) collect and process a range of such information.
This happens, for example, when you click on some of my content, if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, or otherwise use our services or make purchases via the website.
Typically, the following types of data are collected and processed:
A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location and which pages you click on (interests).
To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following will also be processed: Name, phone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with creating a login, signing up for newsletters, when you want to contact us, or when making a purchase.
Safety and security
We have of course taken both technical and organisational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, deteriorated or disclosed to unauthorised persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the adverts that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to provide the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter. We also use the information to optimise services and content.
Storage period
The data is stored for the period permitted by law and I delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to give a general time frame for when information is deleted.
Insights and complaints
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of your data at any time.
You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data. If the data processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Enquiries about this can be made to:info@realialaw.dk.
If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the option to contact Data Protection Authority.
Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which adverts you receive and possibly click on, geographical location, gender and age segment, etc. is disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known.
You can see which third parties these are in the "Cookies" section above. The data is used to target advertising, if I make use of this.
I also use a number of third parties to store and process data. They only process data on my behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Disclosure of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only be made if you consent to it. I only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
